How do I register for an account?

Click on the “Register” button on the top right menu. Fill in the details and click on the “Register” button. You will receive an email notification once your account is successfully registered.

Is my personal information kept private?

We value your privacy and strive to protect your personal information. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.

I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?

Go to “My Account” and click on the “Loss your password” under the login button and follow the prompts.

How do I shop?

Click on the “Categories” drop down menu or if you have specific item in mind from a manufacturer, click on the “Brands” drop down menu will bring you straight to the list of brands we carry. Alternatively, you can also search for the item in our Search button at the top right of our site.

Once you have found an item, click on the “Add to Cart” button on the item’s product detail page. Once you’ve added an item to your Cart, you can continue searching or browsing until your Cart contains all the items you want to order. You can review your Cart at any time by clicking on the “Cart” button on any page.

Click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button after you’ve reviewed the terms in your Shopping Cart. Review your order details. Sign in to your account or create a new account if this is your first order.

Be sure to you’ve applied any coupon codes you want to use on your order. Click on the “Place your Order” button.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been checkout?

Once an order is placed, it goes straight into processing. You can change the color/model/finish or edit your billing and shipping details if isn’t out for delivery yet.

What if the item on the website is out of stock or is not on our page?

If you find a product that is out of stock or not on our page, please “Contact Us” and we will be happy to check whether we can order it, or if the next stock is arriving soon.

For pre-orders or reservations item, we will require a non-refundable 100% deposit. We will send you a confirmation email with your order number and a second email with the online receipt upon confirming your order. Please note that your order’s arrival time may vary due to factory or shipping delays.

What payment methods do you accept?

 We accepts the following payment options:

1. For Bank Transfer

You can make a bank transfer directly to our bank account below:

2. For Credit Card

We accept a variety of payment method via ipay88 (local internet banking and credit/debit cards).

Please don’t make your bank transfer / credit card payment until our processing team has contacted you by email and confirmed your order!

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

What currency do you accept?

We only accept Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).

How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Can I collect my order in the store?

You can collect your order at Wagner Piano Sdn Bhd in-store located at 203 Jalan Imbi, 55100 Kuala Lumpur (Business Hours Only). While completing your order, kindly select the shipping method “In-Store Pickup K. Lumpur”.

To collect your order, please bring these following documents:-

  1. Confirmation Order
  2. Copy of your Identification Card

For third party, please provide the full name (as per ID Card) of the individual in the “Order Notes” space provided at “Checkout” and bring along documents listed above at the time of pick-up.

How do I know when my order is ready to be collected?

We’ll be in touch by email and/or WhatsApp and/or SMS as soon as your order is ready to be collected from our nominated store.

What if I don’t collect my order?

Once your order is ready for collection and you’ve been notified, we can hold your order for 10 days. If you don’t collect your order within before the final date for collection, we will refund 50% of your order value and we will send you an email to confirm that the order has been cancelled and refunded.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
